L3+ dead after restart

my l3+ was working fine and now after a restart refuse to connect back again. no change was made on the config . just showing dead but the machine connect to my second pool whitout any problem. the second pool is another pool

Ummmm just press the reset button on the device. It happens to me all the time.

thanks for the suggestion but it dindt
not for me, i did a reboot, load again the firmware, and a lot of reboot, and nothing resolve my problem, iam just mining to another pool, i dind try anymore today. maybe later i'll try again. i no it does not have any sense.

I have an L3+ and this is what I use through
HiveOS Asic for L3+. I know that HiveOS's firmware for the L3+ runs a little different than other brands of firmware, e.g., look at the variable inside the password ... it reflects the worker's name.
Pool: stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333
Wallet: [YOUR PROHASHING USER NAME]
Pw: n=%WORKER_NAME%,o=L3
