It shows that a payout was done earlier today, almost 6 hours ago.
But I still don't see a payment come in to my Verge Wallet.
COuld you please help me? What's going on?

Ok now I'm worried. It has been more than 24 hours

If you are having a payout issue, the payout eligible has had a checkmark on it and you did not get paid for longer than 24-hours,

Please put in a ticket with support.prohashing.com and they will look into it for you.
If you put in a ticket before 24 hours has passed it may be delayed/ignored if it hasnt been over 24 hours.

I put in a ticket before 24 hours.. I'll put in another ticket... as another payment now has been made, but i haven't recieved it

Maybe check the wallet its being sent to?

If the wallet you are getting payments to wasn't updated to the latest verge version they might not be able to receive it on their end because they are not synced up, that would be the receiving wallet side of the issue.

I'm on the latest Verge Wallet, fully synced, and tested a payment from Binance and got it...
So definitely somehting going on here :(

I would put in a ticket with support.prohashing.com and maybe stop taking verge payouts.

done both of those... stopped Verge.. about $47 is stuck somewhere in limbo... that was sent, never received ...
Ever since the error happened.. I'm hoping to hear back from Support.. they have been quiet.. i'm assuming just busy with tracking this issue?

I am guessing they do not work over weekends.
I am not sure because I have asked what hours they operate so I can inform people and have yet to be told either.
