Hi,

I decided to try mining here on FEB 28. I've been mining for 3 days now.
I was expecting to see a payout come through in the past few hours, but I don't have one.
Can you fix that for me?

Thanks for contacting me. I looked at your account, and I do not see any problems with the payouts. Our payouts go out at around 6AM ET, and the money was sent as expected this morning. You just by coincidence posted a few minutes before the payouts were automatically sent.

There is a day delay between earnings and payouts that allows us time to perform trading to optimize profitability, but if you look at the account activity table it does have the dates listed when you can expect that the balances will be paid.

I was expecting it within 6 hours of 00:00 ET as I believe the help page indicates within a few hours of it.
