Support tickets.

You guys have any idea when you will be free to look into the issue of not receiving pay outs? I have submitted a support ticket days ago.
I still have the issue. it seems payments are stuck and being skipped. I have sent a pic of my payout sheet with the support ticket. I would like to bring back my L3s back but do not feel confident until my issue is solved.

Any help would be great,

The ticket queue is down to 13 now, 7 of which are about one coin, ETC, which we're troubleshooting why the transactions aren't on the blockchain.

We expect to get the tickets down to zero today, after being in the 200s for the past two months. We can't promise fast support during the holiday period, but by February we hope to have a student hired and trained to answer the trivial tickets so we can keep the ticket queue near zero. Our goal is to provide better support than companies like Coinbase, who we feel don't understand the importance of customer service.
