Tickets down to 99

We have currently worked the support tickets down to 99, from 180 on Sunday. Chris is continuing to address tickets every hour he is awake, and I have joined him, with other work stopping until all tickets are resolved. The current tickets being worked are now from August 22, with the exception of a few very old tickets outstanding for a while that are extremely complicated.
Since we resolved the "lost shares" issues on August 27, the number of tickets per day has fallen down into the 20s, allowing Chris to close tickets faster than they are opened.
We apologize for the continued delay in addressing tickets. One of the reasons that registration was closed was because the backlog of tickets is too high right now. With 12 hours per day being put into ticket resolution, we hope to get the tickets down to zero this week.
