Outage on Friday morning

There was an outage for two hours on Friday morning reported by customers. After some investigation, we determined that there were no system errors and the system resumed working as soon as connectivity was restored. The problem was ISP downtime for an unknown reason.
On Monday, we're going to call the ISP and request an explanation for the downtime. Meanwhile, the pool is making enough money now that I'm going to work with Chris in obtaining a backup connection that will remain idle most of the time, except for these periods that happen once every few months when the ISP cuts out. With the pool earning miners over $2k/day, two hours of downtime per month would be worth this secondary connection.
We apologize for this outage and hope to make service even more reliable in the future by eliminating as many upstream connectivity issues as possible!
