Do you plan to open up prohashing.com to other algos aside from Scrypt?

Yes, we do plan to do this at some point in the next few months. It's a lot of programming work to change the mining server, website, and database to support it. If you look in this development forum at Steve's posts, you will see where he talks about our progress in implementing other algorithms.
