Battery Backup improvements!

Chris installed new batteries for the battery backup yesterday! They've been tested, and they last almost an hour as compared to the 3 minutes on the previous batteries , which gives him ample time to take care of any issues or switch over to the generator, and this should eliminate downtime due to power issues.
