Change regarding direct-to-Coinbase minimums
Coinbase just recently started requiring minimum amounts for direct-to-Coinbase payouts. Most coins now require about $0.10 worth of minimum balance for sends. We will be monitoring this further, but for now you will likely need to get up to $0.10 worth of balance for coins to pay out.
