Reduced support this week

Chris is in Toronto on vacation between August 4 and 10. During that time, there will be reduced support levels, especially on weekdays.

I will work on customer service inquiries from the forums in the evenings, and Chris will take care of anything I can't solve within two days. I apologize for the inconvenience, and everything should be back to normal on August 11.
