Ticketing system experiencing technical problems

Unfortunately, our support ticketing system is experiencing technical problems. Chris spent the entire night last night trying to debug why our chatwoot system is not loading the "unassigned" ticket queue. He believes there is a bug in chatwoot where specific content in an E-Mail message causes all messages to be unable to displayed, but we are unable to determine the cause at this point.
Chris was able to resolve the issue temporarily last night, but it returned this morning. We aren't able to access the support tickets until this issue is resolved. I apologize for the issue, and Chris is working 100% of his hours to try to determine why the ticketing system isn't displaying messages.
