System Froze

Dashboard froze, not tallying totals... Please advise.

I have done both. I also restarted the computer. Still froze on coin count. hello, I sum=bmitted a ticket around 3 pm. It has frozen count again. It seems to try to run, then in about 10 minutes, it freezes again. It's been acting up since 2:30 pm today 1/6. Please advise.
