ACH Payout To Fidelity (UMB)

I am having issues setting up a new ACH payout option.

I previously did payouts to Charles Schwab and was having no issues. I would like to switch to receive the payouts directly to a Fidelity checking account. When I attempt to manually add the account information, it redirects me to the UMB login page. I know Fidelity uses UMB for payment processing so this makes sense.

However, when I put in my login info for my Fidelity account under the UMB login, it just bounces me back to the page to select my bank.

I was wondering if there is any way to prevent the login page from proc-ing so I can just setup the account manually. Or if there is anything special you know of that I need to do to make this work.

Thanks in advance! I know how hard you all work and appreciate all the effort you put in to making this the best mining pool I have been a part of.

Regards,

If that keeps happening when trying to use the instant account verification method, you can use the standard account verification instead of the instant, which would ask you for routing and account numbers. It takes longer, because you have to wait for the system to send microdeposits and verify them afterward. The steps for this method are in the ACH guide if that's helpful for you: https://prohashing.com/guides/usd-ach-p ... prohashing.

I have tried using the manual verification but when I put in the routing and account number it just leads me to login to UMB bank.

I believe since it recognizes the routing and account #s as UMB bank numbers it is forcing me to use the instant verification. However, since I do not actually use UMB bank, my login information does not work.

EDIT: Just checked again and it is showing the spaces to put in transaction totals for my new bank. Since it is the weekend, it might take a few days. I will let you know how it goes!

Update:

I have waited a few days and have still not seen the micro-deposits in the account I am trying to link for ACH.

Are there any known issues linking ACH to Fidelity Investments? I used the checking account with them as I figured doing the ACH directly to an investment account might not work.

I believe the micro-deposits might not have sent due to the auto-prompt to log in to UMB when trying to do the standard setup.

If there is any other advice you could provide that would possibly resolve this issue, it would be much appreciated!

I just found your update. I'm sorry that I didn't respond. Your thread somehow ended up in the products and services forum, which I hadn't been monitoring closely. Did this issue get resolved?
