CRO Payout does not work

Hi Com,
i earned a lot of Crypto.com Coins, but unfortuantely, i can not do a payout, because
prohash is telling me:
"Payouts for this coin are on the ERC20 network. The Native CRO network is not supported."
Any Idears how to payout this coin (btw: i live in germany, Coinbase does not support this coin in germany)

If a Coinbase coin isn't supported in your region, then you cannot receive payouts direct-to-Coinbase for that coin. You can receive payouts on-chain for CRO by using an ERC20 CRO address. We're in the process of making more descriptive error messages appear for users with these Coinbase coin region restrictions.

thanks for your answer.
I trid to payout the coin to my Crypto.com account, to an ERC20 Adress, but this does also not work.
The same Massage is shown: "Payouts for this coin are on the ERC20 network. The Native CRO network is not supported."

Perhaps you are providing an incorrect or unsupported address? ERC20 CRO addresses start with "0x".

Yes, i checked several times and it is starting with 0x

I am also having difficulties with CRO payments. I have my coinbase account linked and had been getting the CRO payments everyday until December 2nd, I have not had a payment since then. The other coins have paid out but the CRO has just been accumulating but not paying since the 2nd. Should I be switching to another coin?

It is happening again, CRO hasn't paid out to coinbase since the 25th.
