2. I don't see IoTex as a payout on my desktop or phone. I have cleared the cache on both.

Hi, is there any reason IOTX is disabled? I've been sitting on 26.29 IOTX for a few days down with the payout threshold met but it just sits in a "disabled/in error" status. It's like someone hit the off switch on the entire currency.

I'm seeing the same thing - only coin I have showing in error.

Looking at the Status page, it appears that, for the moment, we can't mine/payout in that coin because all exchanges for this coin have at least one error, so we're waiting to see if/when those clear.

Sorry you guys are in error. I still don't even see the Coinbase an option at all.

The coin is in error at the exchanges. Because all exchanges are currently in error, the coin will not show up in the Add New Payout Option menu for now. If you had already added it, it would still show up in your payout proportions, but you won't be able to add it in as a new option until we're sure the exchanges are all clear, and you'll actually be able to be paid in that coin.

Any updates in the issue?
