Hi, I was just experimenting with Ellaism Payout. I created a MyEllaWallet on " https://ellaism.github.io/ellawallet/ "
A payout transaction was shown on Prohashing.com as shown below
20/10/2021 Ellaism: 116.36647264 ELLA: 0x85f1c7ca410328989496dda3fb9b5d3181d7d337cbc9c0dbbfa85bbd1ac891a4
but the Ellaism balance is not shown in the wallet.
Can you suggest what is the problem? How i can set up this wallet Correctly?

Likely just like most coins, there is a time delay based on confirmations that need to happen before it is actually credited. I don't know anything about this coin, but see if you can find how long confirmations can take.

If you think this problem is because a payout was not sent, then a support ticket to Paula is the best way to go.
However, if you believe the payout was issued, then unfortunately, I don't know any more than you do about that network. The developers would probably be a better point of contact.
