Hi, I have not been payed Einsteinium even though the balance is way above the threshold. I have even tried ignoring threshold, but still no payout. Why? Hop you can fix this ASAP, thanks.

I apologize for the payout delay. This had nothing to do with your configuration; it was an error on our end. Our Einsteinium wallet was 1 coin short. Our automated trader would normally correct such an issue, but 1 coin is below the minimum trade threshold at Poloniex, so we couldn't obtain the funds. I manually purchased more coins and sent the payout. Thanks for your patience.

Hi again, I still have problems with the Einsteinium payment. I have ignored the threshold, but I still haven't been payed on over a week.

I'm checking this again. Give me a few minutes to find out what is happening. I know that some of our exchanges have had "maintenance" on their EMC2 wallets recently, which has prevented us from withdrawing coins. I will check to see if this is the issue and if I can do anything about it.

Looks like it was the same issue as last time. When the amount being paid out is small, small discrepancies in balances can cause the payout to not execute. The balance will be paid with the normal payouts in a few hours.
