Trusted Mining signup not working

successfully went through authenteq several times on different browsers. when it returns to prohashing it says 'retrieving verification data.' and then it just goes back to step 1, start verification.

Could you submit a support ticket? We're not aware of any widespread issues, so we'll need to get account-specific data and discuss private information. We'll be glad to investigate.

ah, i found the support section in the middle of the home page after the fold. the forum was the only thing i could find when i looked the first time
