Announcing expanded and live customer service!

We're proud to announce that Paula Godshall will be joining us as our first dedicated Cryptocurrency Support Expert tomorrow! Paula will be responsible for managing Prohashing's customer service operations, and her addition to the team will mark the start of a dedicated support team for the company.
Paula's responsibilities will be to serve as the primary contact with customers when support issues occur. Prohashing will be starting daily "live support" hours, a period of four hours when she or another employee will be to provide immediate responses to tickets and phone calls. Calls and chat started during those hours will be answered live, or will be returned immediately after the on-duty representative hangs up the current call. Calls and chat started outside those hours will receive a response no later than the next day's live hours. With the extra manpower, tickets submitted through the current methods will also see a speedup in response times even if they are not submitted during the live hours.
