Support for support tickets

trying to submit a support ticket but that system asks for a description of the problem and its the only field that doesn't exist on the form then errors out when you try to proceed.

So on occasion that happens, refreshing a few times usually works.

The good news is we're in the process of switching over to a new system that will hopefully work better than the current support ticket system. If jira.prohashing.com is not working correctly for you, you can send your support request to us through direct message on Twitter (@ProHashing) or facebook (https://www.facebook.com/prohashing), or you can send an email to help@prohashing.com. Any of these three places will allow us to address the issue privately.

Just a quick update because this wasn't in my previous message, you can also submit a request for support by clicking on the orange Support button at the bottom of the Prohashing website when logged in.
