I get the error:

The payout address for Ethereum is invalid.

Any ideas?

Does the Ethereum address you are entering start with "0x"? Our system needs all Ethereum addresses to start with 0x.

Yes it does. I read somewhere that another site had missed doing a simple check by using strtolower. I wonder whether this is also a problem for you as my address contains both upper and lowercase letters.

Any more help on this? I currently have Eth on my account and no way to get it as your system is not allowing my address to be saved.

@chris. I really need some help with this. I have invested $$ into your pool and now my eth is stuck because I can not add my wallet address. I have tried 3 different ones with no luck. So what do you suggest. I need my Eth to be available for the upcoming slock.it dao launch.

I had the same problem. My first work around was I opened up a new Eth wallet on line using the Chrome Extension and used that as my withdraw address. I was not crazy about leaving it on that wallet so then from there I would transfer into my real wallet address. This will work.

Today I revisted this problem because I was using shapeshift to transfer into my real wallet the one that gets rejected here some bitcoin to Eth. I notced that shapeshift changed ALL of my caps in my address from upper to lower case on my real Eth account. So for grins I tried transfering from my Chrome wallet to my real ether account and I did the same thing I changed to lower case and it went through fine. And Prohash also accepted it in lower case form.

In the morning I will see if this actually works I will update once I know
I just did this today so try it at your own risk but I did do a transfer from my chrome wallet to main account wallet using the lower caps and no problem

I apologize for the delay, but I found the cause and fixed the issue. Steve had put an Ethereum address check on our website to reject improperly formatted Ethereum addresses. However, he made the only valid characters 0-9 and a-f. It would reject any addresses with capital letters. I made A-F valid characters, and now your address validates on my account. You will need to add it to your account. Please let me know if it still doesn't work.

Thanks. All good now. Can you do a manual payout now? Or will it automatically run sometime in next 24hrs?
