Prohashing Mining Pool Forums

So I took a bunch of screenshots but I'm not sure how to upload them.

Ok here's the deal. 100% of my funds are in $PAC, a couple of days ago I noticed that I hadn't received my daily payout in awhile. I check my miner, everything's good, it's connected and going strong. So I go to the website and....wow,...(my miner makes around 200 $PAC a day and the threshold for the payout is 150 $PAC.) It looks like Prohashing has not been paying me out for some reason because my balance is 650 $PAC. Not only that, random sections of different pages of Prohashing either contradict each other or aren't loading. I checked with $PAC to see if they were having wallet issues and they're not. I waited a little while to see if it would clear itself up but the website is messed up everytime I login and since I'm not getting paid I had to shut off my miner until it's resolved.

I haven't installed or uninstalled any programs recently and any other website I visit works just fine. Basically nothings changed but for some reason Prohashing is extremely messed up. I even tried to make a support ticket and the circle just keeps spinning.

Like I said, I took a bunch of screenshots to show everyone what I'm talking about but I don't know how to upload them. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Mining ETH and Monero with payout on 100% Doge - no problems so far since the hardware swap. The website is having some long response times for me or simply won't load, but when it does, the stats are correct as far as I can tell.

I suggest you make a ticket under Help > Support on the main page. Can't help you with those screenshots though

Might be an issue related to $PAC only, Chris will look into it.

I currently do mine Eth, I just get paid in $PAC. That's an interesting thought though, I'm going to try switching my preferred payout method to Doge and see if I start getting payments. That still wouldn't explain the buggy website though..as far as creating a support ticket, I already tried that. The page just gets stuck in the "loading" stage no matter what I want to do, whether it's sign in, forgot password or create a new account.

Thanks, please let me know. As I said before, I reached out to $PAC support and they said everything looked fine on their end, they also brought up the fact that out of all the websites I visit, Prohashing is the only one that contradicts itself/doesn't load properly so it's probably something on your end.
