Cannot log into my account

I have not used Prohashing for more than three years. Now I cannot login to my account. It did accept username and password once, but since then nothing has happened. I also need to reset 2FA. What should i do? Would it be better to open a new account? I'm just worried that I would not be able to open a new account as my credential could most likely still be used on the old account.

Reach out to steve from your original fourm account and see if you can authenticate with him, It would be helpful if you were prepared with all info about your account that you could remember ... such as payout addresses and so on... but otherwise yes.. create a new account
