Cant connect NEO wallet

Title - I have tried adding a "NEO" coin payout, the form box turns yellow, and I can not hit submit. This is the only coin I've had this issue with after trying about 15 or so.

Hi Mithhash,

Ensure that you are “waking up NEO” before clicking the “Connect” button on the exchange. Usually, the NEO application needs to be open before connecting to the exchange. 3. If you are still unable to connect after the previous two steps, please try deleting and reinstalling the NEO application.
