EOS & Stellar Payout Delay Update

In the past week, our EOS client had been unable to send transactions due to insufficient EOS-network CPU bandwidth. We've since discovered that The EOS network recently changed how obtaining network bandwidth works. We got backlogged payouts paid today by temporarily borrowing some EOS bandwidth to our account. While we investigate how to implement a more long-term and automated solution to these new EOS network changes, EOS payouts may occur less frequently than daily.

The Stellar network recently had widespread network issues in the past week, even affecting major exchanges like Coinbase. Our Stellar client was affected by this issue, causing Stellar payouts to be delayed. The stellar developers recently released a fix for this issue, and we are working on upgrading and migrating to the new version so payouts can resume.
