I know I am entering the correct password, but it seems the SUBMIT and LOGIN buttons work but webpage just sits there and does not proceed to dashboard ...
I've reset my password already several times ...

made a new account, logged out and same issue ... stuck in impossible loop of not being able to log back in. Login click does NOTHING except for de-highlight the button. Back to slushpool

This sounds like an issue that would be best resolved in a support ticket. There, we can get more specific personal information, like your username and IP address. Thanks in advance for submitting one!

I am also having this issue today. I've submitted a ticket, but if anyone has a workaround, I'd appreciate it.

I've encountered similar issue where "Login" button does not appear to be 'clickable'. Usually refreshing the page fixes it.

Sure, it simply looks darker just like right after the click:



So what happens when the page refreshes or automatically logs out after some time, it takes some time for button to become "clickable" and turn from darker to normal. After you click it, it turns darker again. The thing is that you can never click it twice. So the potential issues might be caused by local connectivity or machine loading page slower? or maybe the UI slightly lagging behind, sometimes I need to wait 2-3 seconds for things to happen, sometimes I need to refresh my page and try again, then it usually loads quickly.

Personally I operate on a slow connection in my current location so the effects of slower loading times and, sending data and perhaps UI lagging/bugging are exaggerated by poor connection. I could probably run some debugging on browser and measure loading times if that's going to be helpful.

The logs of the webserver are filled with SSL errors that might be causing this problem. This issue has been assigned to Vance to investigate, and he'll post here once he has more information.
