Prohashing Mining Pool Forums

Hi,

I have been mining off and on at Prohashing under my account MineCoins247. I checked all of my coin balances today and I noticed that Anoncoin and Auroracoin seem to have a balance and I am not for sure if that has been accumulated over time and hasn't been paid out or what is going on. Can you please look into this and let me know why there is a substantial balance for these two coins that hasn't been paid?

I apologize for any delays. From what I can tell, these payouts should occur at the normal payout period within a few hours. After the payouts execute, I will check to see if yours were paid. If they did not, then I will resolve the issue this afternoon and make sure the money gets to you.

Hi, I pointed my miners back to my account here about 10 hours ago and they started right up hashing great at 60Mhs steady 100 percent efficient. Got up and I just checked but my account balance has not updated? It shows I have not done any work. I read you did a update so not sure whats happening. Thanks

I just checked and it didn't get paid out this payout period for some reason. If you can look into this for me it is much appreciated.

I fixed the issue and sent the payout. Our Auroracoin wallet had too many inputs for the payout transaction (due to all the blocks we find) so I had to consolidate them before payout. Thanks for your patience.

I have a Balance on 3 coins that will not pay out for some reason. The wallet payout address for all three is going to the exchange Cryptopia the coins are Goldcoin, Vegascoin, and Verge Coin. Can you please check this for me. Thank you

Hi Chris, Did you get a chance to check out my withdraw issue yet? It is vegascoin, goldcoin, and vergecoin. Those 3 will not pay out been sitting in my account for a while now...Thanks

Correction I see the goldcoin did pay out but not the others

I will have all the payouts sent in a few minutes. Goldcoin was caused by an issue withdrawaling from Cryptopia, and Verge was caused by a bug in their daemon that reports "invalid amount" if you try a send a transaction with more than 8 decimal places (all other coins just truncate the amount to 8 decimals).

Unfortunately, I am forced to discontinue Vegascoin on the pool. I've been sending Cryptopia support tickets about having random transactions show up in our account. Today, Cryptopia told me that they will be discontinuing the coin because its wallet is broken (the broken wallet was causing the random transactions). I have disabled the coin and will pay out your entire VGC balance.
