One mining server offline due to disk space issue

Post by Steve Sokolowski » Mon Dec 21, 2020 1:40 pm

One of the mining servers has run out of disk space, and we cannot get it restarted because things keep filling up the disk with every file we delete.

We're currently working on the problem. In the meantime, about one in eight people will be unable to connect to the system.

This issue has been resolved.

It seems that there is some sort of bug in Debian, where the free disk space isn't updated correctly and programs are told that the disks are full. This issue has happened on daemon servers, as well. The issue suddenly resolved itself for an unknown reason, and things are back to normal.
