Jury duty to cause customer service delays

Post by Steve Sokolowski » Sun Jan 31, 2016 8:29 am

Because Chris was assigned to jury duty on February 2, customers should expect delays in receiving responses. Customer service requests sent on Monday evening may not be addressed until Wednesday morning. If Chris is selected for a trial, we will update everyone on our plans to ensure that service continues during that period.

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
