MTP mining offline for a longer period of time

The MTP algorithm is now offline again, this time because the mining server isn't able to retrieve block templates from the daemon. This is after they had issued two forks, and we had fixed the previous errors, and then exchanges had locked and unlocked their wallets.

At this point, I think the best course of action is to wait a few days to see when, if ever, Zcoin gets its developers and exchanges under control. If the coin survives, we will re-enable it, but right now it unfortunately is taking too much manpower and there is too much risk to continue mining.

I'll post an update early next week.

A quick update on MTP and Zcoin:

The mining server issue was fixed by updating the Zcoin client to the latest version (released yesterday). However, now all exchanges (Binance, Bittrex, and Livecoin) have locked their wallets, so we have no place to sell our coins and Zcoin is in error due to having no price. Once one of these exchanges unlocks its wallet, we will be back to mining Zcoin.

Binance and Bittrex finally unlocked their Zcoin wallets, and Zcoin MTP mining has resumed.
