Odocrypt and MTP fixes

Several customers have been reporting MTP issues for some time. It turns out that Zcoin, the anchor coin for MTP mining, had two forks in a row, which was the reason the coin went into error. When we read about the coin having forked, we upgraded it, but there was yet another fork, and it wasn't clear in our initial searches that mentioned a fork that they were referring to a second fork. MTP mining is now back to normal.

After the downtime this morning, Chris released a new version of the mining servers, which resolved some errors with Odocrypt mining. The "submitted difficulty" column in "selected recent shares" is now correctly calculated for Odocrypt miners.

Our Zcoin client is upgraded and synced to the newly released version. However, Binance and Bittrex have locked their Zcoin wallets, and mining will fully resume when one of the exchanges unlock their wallets.
