The admins does not respond to my emails.
I have a balance in my account and i wanna withdrawal it immediately.

why there´s no button to do this action?
we have always to wait for admin?

I'm sorry for the late reply; I accidentally missed the message at the bottom of my inbox. Your balance is less than the $2.00 minimum for an automatic payout. You can force a payout at the next available time by selecting "ignore payout threshold" next to the wallet on the settings page, but you will be charged the fees (if any) to process the payout. If you select this within the new few hours, the payout will go out today; otherwise, it will be queued with tomorrow's payouts.

I have selected the ignore threshold.
I have a test here, a mining rental, but finished in a loss for me.
