There have been several tickets submitted about Cardano payouts, which have been failing for several days.

The cause of the problem is that we can't get the Cardano daemon to synchronize with the blockchain. It always seem to be a week behind. Previously, the transactions we published to the blockchain were invalid, and now the daemon simply rejects transactions. The money to pay customers is in the wallet, but we can't send it out.

Steven has been assigned to work on the problem, but it is a complex issue that will require significant investigation. If you require immediate payouts, then I recommend that you switch to earning a different coin. Otherwise, you can continue earning Cardano and it will be paid as soon as we can figure out the cause of the issue. Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA on the resolution at this time.

Cardano payouts are temporarily paused while we prepare for the upcoming Cardano Shelley Hard Fork next week. We estimate Cardano payouts to resume at the earliest the scheduled day of the hard fork (July 29th) and hopefully no later than July 31st. Accumulated ADA balances will be paid out. In the meantime, users can temporarily adjust earnings to go to a different coin, if desired. Apologies for the delays.

The Cardano Shelley Fork upgraded maintenance has been completed, and payouts have resumed. Both the newer Shelley ADA addresses and older existing ADA addresses will work for payouts.

We have enough ADA balance to send most pending balances, and most users should receive a payout today. We are waiting for Binance or Kucoin to finish their Cardano maintenance and unlock their wallet, so we can withdraw more ADA.

Binance and Kucoin finished their Cardano wallet maintenance last week, and Cardano payouts have fully resumed since then.
