Policy change on mandatory payouts now active

As we stated we would do in December, Chris today executed mandatory payouts for all accounts that had no activity for longer than 90 days that had balances. The total payouts were slightly over $100. The purpose of the payouts was to reduce the money available for theft in the event of an attack. We'll continue to do this periodically to avoid building up large unpaid liabilities.
There are some accounts that have not been mined in 90 days, there are owed balances, and there is no payout address entered. Our new policy discussed in Decmeber is now in effect - if you do not enter a payout address, after 90 days of inactivity we can't guarantee the availability of those funds.
To avoid this ever becoming a problem, simply enter payout addresses for your account and you can forget about this post.
