TRON payout issues permanently resolved

I'm pleased to announce that Chris was able to permanently resolve the TRON payout issues that had been plaguing the system for months. The problem was that TRON would continually desynchronize from the network, resulting in invalid transaction IDs being recorded.
TRON's lead developers were able to work with Chris to change a configuration setting that sets the ratio of how much time TRON spends processing block downloads compared to other tasks. Once he changed the undocumented setting, the TRON client immediately resumed functioning. Chris pointed out to the developers that TRON is unlikely to succeed without robust documentation of all of its functions, and the developer said that he planned to document these functions at some point in the future.
TRON payouts will now again be guaranteed daily, and the previous situation where TRON issues were only fixed on Saturdays has now ended.
