Please help...Non payout of ripple

I am having problems receiving XRP (ripple) payout my last one did not end up in my wallet yet the previous payment did, it is the same wallet address and tag etc (both correct) please how can i fix this and where did the XRP go?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the report. We're not aware of any widespread issues, so please submit a support ticket. When payout issues occur, they almost always require additional information from the poster like the username, so they are only able to be handled through the ticket system.
