Coinbase issue resolved

We're pleased to announce that the issue with Coinbase payouts has been resolved.
As part of resolving the issue, we removed all account connections. If you would like to resume Coinbase payouts, reconnect your account using the "Connect with Coinbase" button on the "Settings" page.
Unlike on-chain bitcoin payouts, Coinbase payouts are sent immediately upon connection, for any amount of money.
