Later today, the mining servers will be restarted, resulting in about 1 minute of downtime.

The purpose of this restart is to upgrade the share inserters to Python 3. Support for Python 2 will be discontinued on Wednesday, leaving us vulnerable to security issues if we don't upgrade.

At the same time, we'll be adding some code that makes the share inserters more reliable when database issues occur, making share corrections less likely to be necessary in those cases.

This release failed, due to a bug that was not seen in development. He reverted the changes.
