Ripple Payou

So I have mined the required 20 xrp for payout however the site keeps saying in my dashboard "Payout for this coin cannot be sent because the provided destination tag is invalid. Please enter a correct destination tag for this coin on the "settings" page." I have my proper address, and the destination tag is blank. I have tried my username for both my wallet and prohashing as well as the public address in destination address. Does anybody have this issue, or have you run into it?
