Yesterday, there was an issue with the mining server caused by the failed disks that had previously caused some coins to go offline. You may recall that I responded here in a chat message that we would be resolving the issue before Friday.
Chris successfully moved coins from the failed disks to working ones, but in doing so, a bug was triggered in the mining server. The bug occurred because of a situation that had never occurred before - moving an ethash coin from one server to another. To prevent the issue from recurring, I will add code later today to notify Chris if an ethash coin is moved.
The issue was resolved by simply restarting the mining servers and the system is back to normal. Mining continued during the entire period. However, many support tickets were generated yesterday and because of the number of tickets, it is likely that we will not be able to reply to all of the tickets before Saturday. We apologize for the delay, and thanks for mining!
