How to get a support ticket actioned ?
Hi Guys
I have an open support ticket UST-7116
Last support action was on 11 November, and no replies to my numerous replies since then
I have previously posted here regarding the same issue, but seems like admin deleted the post

its been another 2 odd day's since you explained that you only delete spam from universities
but still, no direct reply and not a word about my support ticking that's been hanging in the air for a month

its been another 2 odd day's since you explained that you only delete spam from universities
but still, no direct reply and not a word about my support ticking that's been hanging in the air for a month

I asked Chris about this and he said again that he's not aware of any support tickets in "waiting for support" status from that date. There may be some tickets in "waiting for customer" status, in which case you may need to reply to the ticket.janjacobs66 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 29, 2019 2:53 pm Hi Steve
