Aeternity Mannet Release and Frozen ERC-20

Aeternity has made all the ERC-20 tokens non-transferable in preparation for the mainnet launch and has created a method for converting them onto the mainnet (though it is not functional yet). To the extent it does become functional, will the tokens be converted by Prohashing, or will the private keys be made available so that they can be converted through the process outlined by the Aeternity team?

Thanks!

I hadn't heard about this issue. If you could submit a support ticket about it, I will assign it to Chris so that it's in his list of tasks.

I thought that Aeternity had already launched and was ready for mining, hadn't it? I was doing research into what it would take to mine it a few days ago.

I will submit a ticket. They do have an active mainnet, you are correct, my apologies. but to migrate from the ERC-20 tokens you have to go through their migration tool/protocol. I have not done it on my other Aeternity wallet yet, so I do not know what is required. I wil subm it a ticket, and hopefully we ca figure out the best course for anyone that has Aeternity ERC-20 tokens in their Prohashing wallets.
