Dropping and replacing Coinbase

Due to Coinbase's poor customer service, and their recent increase in fees, we are considering dropping them for payouts and using a different exchange instead for direct payouts and for dollar payouts.
If we do this, would you approve or disapprove, and which exchange should we use?

Since I use Coinbase and not some other exchange service, I would not approve. If you change providers, I'll have to go back to sending bitcoin payments through the blockchain to my Coinbase receiving address anyway, which basically means I'd have to stop getting paid in bitcoin altogether since I don't want the high fees and large payout threshold. But you're running a business, so do what you have to do. I can work around it.

I wish there were a better alternative, but Coinbase doesn't reply to support tickets. The last time, it took 41 days to get them to reply.
It's already been 7 days this time. Maybe we need to have some sort of disclaimer so that people understand that Coinbase is so unreliable.

I've not personally had this problem with Coinbase support. They've been timely on the few occasions I've needed to contact them. Maybe they just don't like you guys?
Just in case it might help, I'll open a support ticket with them from my end as well.
A disclaimer might not be a bad idea though...
[EDIT]
I've generated a support ticket and have a case number for this issue.
Here is a copy of the request I sent:
My Prohashing account is linked to Coinbase for daily Bitcoin payments from mining, but due to an error in the Coinbase API this is not happening for me or anyone else who has their accounts configured this way. The admins at Prohashing put in a support ticket to Coinbase regarding this issue over a week ago, but so far have not received any reply. Please respond to their support ticket and resolve this problem. Thank you.

Same as you, they've been timely with my support tickets when I've needed to contact them.

My request is similar but added in the response coinbase is throwing in their api.

The admins at Prohashing put in a support ticket to Coinbase regarding this issue over a week ago, but so far have not received any reply. [EDIT]
Got an instant response back which was the generic "Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. Currently, Coinbase is only providing support through our public API documentation. For help utilizing Coinbase’s API, please use the API key resource/guides found here:
https://developers.coinbase.com.
Regards,
Coinbase "
So pretty much not our problem is what they are saying.
[EDIT #2]
I replied to my case stating that this specific error it is throwing is not documented in the above section and asked for the case to be elevated.

I got the same reply rather quickly, and when I opened another ticket with the simple follow-up question of "Did anything change on your end about a week ago" the response was exactly the same with that same link. In other words, they simply declined to answer my question.

They instantly replied again with this in response to elevating the case.
"Hi there,
Thanks for the response! We’d love to help you further, however, this case has been closed and cannot be reopened.
Please submit a new ticket to our online support form here for continued assistance:
https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/emails/new
Thanks,
Coinbase Support"
Pretty much them saying if it works it works, if it don't... We don't care and it's not our problem or fault it's on you. Pretty shady if you ask me, now I can believe the horror stories about coinbase going around on their subreddit.

I use coinbase and kraken, for the same reasons everyone else does. Shame about their poor customers service. I don't do twatter, isn't one of their guys on their all the time?
