Minimum difficulty increasing to 512

In an effort to reduce database load, we will be increasing the pool's minimum difficulty from 256 to 512 on Wednesday December 9. For most users, there will be no change, since most users already have difficulties much higher. For users who have d=256 set in their password arguments, please change to d=512 or higher before December 9 or else you will revert to automatic difficulty, which will likely assign a difficulty much higher than 512.
