Policy change for posts about products and services

We've decided to announce a policy change for those making initial posts about cryptocurrency products and services.
Recently, there have been many exchanges and other services that serve most countries but do not offer their products to US customers. We want to do what we can to encourage companies to provide service to as many people as possible. We also don't believe that it is OK for exchanges to prohibit us (and people like us) from using their services, but expect free bandwidth and links to their websites.
Beginning tomorrow, it will no longer be permitted to advertise products and services in the "cryptocurrency products and services" forum if those services do not accept US customers. Similarly, sellers of mining equipment posting on these forums will also be required to accept US customers. Businesses posting do not have to be located in the US; they may be located anywhere as long as they do not explicitly ban people from the US. Thanks!
