BNB Payouts wrong.

Hi, it's been 3 times already (that I'm aware of) that my BNB gets payed out when the minimum threshold is reached instead of the Default threshold I have it set to.
(Same username as here)
Any ideas?

If you could, please submit a support ticket to Chris. The only reason this issue hasn't been resolved yet is because it has not been tracked in the ticketing system, and therefore when Chris wakes up it's not on his list of tasks to do.

Could you tell me a little more about the problem? What error message are you receiving? Could you tell me when you signed up for your Jira account? Is it possible you confused the Jira account with the main site's account or an account at another site?

oh, it's not the same as the prohashing acnt?
sry about that.
But still, When i try to go request an account i get this message
"Your Jira administrator has not yet configured this contact form."
just FYI, I'm using Brave browser and Chrome
But same message appears on both.
Maybe it's a plugin, I use the same ones in both browsers.
I'll check later and let you know if I got it fixed or not.

It sounds like you're trying to use a contact form to contact us rather than simply submitting a ticket. We haven't configured any contact forms, and therefore all issues should be submitted as tickets.
Did you try to create a new ticket?
