Last night's ethash miners fix was unsuccessful. We identified the problem, but the second release failed, so we reverted.
Given that the second release worked fine in development and only four characters were changed, we suspect that there is something that wasn't checked in or that there are different files on production. There may be a few more restarts until we can determine what is missing on production.
