Support tickets to be offline on Saturday night

On Saturday night, the support ticketing system will be taken offline to upgrade it to the latest major JIRA version. The purpose of this upgrade is to see if the latest version of JIRA resolves the login problems that some customers are experiencing.
This version requires Java 10, so installing a new version of Tomcat and Java will require significant time. We have never used Java 10 before and there may be differences between Java 8 and 10 that we are not aware of and did not know to configure. Because of the potential for problems, you should expect that the support system may be offline on Sunday while Chris troubleshoots the issues or a revert is executed.
Tickets submitted late on Saturday may not be reviewed until Monday, and all requests on Sunday except those that are resulting in immediate losses of money should be reported on Monday. Thanks for your patience while we further improve our support!
