The big release is occurring in one hour. The features to be released are listed in the "Development" forum.
The USDC payouts are one of the most complex changes we've developed since the system was moved to the new Comcast connection last April. We expect that there will be issues upon restart, and hope to get them resolved within an hour afterward.
