Release this afternoon

We're going to perform a release this afternoon to deal with the following issues.
- Fixes to the "default payout coin" on the website
- Fix to problems with ethash mining using Nicehash
- Changes to the equihash difficulties to match those of other pools
- Removal of some unnecessary data from the database to improve performance
